HOW TO IDENTIFY YOUR TYPE
Identifying your type is important as it can help determine how well you physically process things or tend to tolerate taking products and supplements in general.

There are 4 main IW types:
• Highly Sensitive Type
• Sensitive Type
• Normal/Robust Type
• Extreme Type
Highly Sensitive types experience extreme sensitivity to foods, supplements, chemicals, EMF’s, the environment, energy, etc. many of which are intolerable or even debilitating and have major challenges functioning in the world.
Sensitive types may experience sensitivity to foods, supplements, chemicals, EMF’s, the environment, energy, etc. however are still able to function in the world.
Normal/Robust types tend to tolerate most things and may not notice the effects of supplements or detox protocols.
Extreme types go beyond being robust and are drawn to next level experiences, extreme sports, and tend to gravitate towards the strongest versions of things.

THE GENTLE PATH
