SHIPPING SCHEDULE

Orders ship out Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Orders placed outside of those times will ship during the next shipping window. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your product you may return it within 14 days of date of purchase for a full refund. You must send back the product with an authorization code. Products that are more than 50% used will NOT be eligible for return or refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost and there is no refund on initial product shipping cost.

IMMORTAL WELLNESS warrants the quality of its products and shall exchange defective and substandard products or refund the amount paid provided that the following policies on product exchange are complied with:

Written request for product exchange and your product must be submitted within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase and be accompanied by the original proof of purchase of the product being returned.

Please ensure that the item you’re returning is repackaged with everything originally included and documentation that were included when you received it.
